Common questions
Do you replace my bookkeeper or accountant?
No. We work alongside your bookkeeper and CPA. They keep the records and file the taxes; we use those numbers to help you plan ahead and make decisions.
What do I need for the first call?
Nothing but a few minutes to talk about your business. If it's handy, a recent bank statement or profit and loss report helps us get specific faster.
Do we meet in person or online?
Either. Most meetings can happen by video, and in-person meetings are available around the Pioneer Valley.
How long do I have to commit?
It depends on the package. Micro is a one-time project. Growth and Strategic are ongoing monthly partnerships, and we agree on the terms together before we start, so there are no surprises.
Is my information kept confidential?
Yes. Your financial information stays between you and North Point Group.
